Why RidgeCrest Homes?

Whether you buy one of our inventory homes or whether you want to start from the ground up our processes remain the same. Every home is built to a standard and every one that is involved with the home is held to a standard.

We Pride Ourselves in:

  • Having an exceptional sales team that knows our product and our expectations.
  • Having a CSR that works hand in hand with the customer from the day they purchase until closing.
  • Having a decorator that knows our process and is in touch with the latest trends with selections.
  • Having a schedule that details the work from the breaking of ground to completion.
  • Having a superintendent that is educated in the complete process and the latest building codes.

Our quality is very important to us. In addition to our strong workforce we have a:

  • First Quality Inspection Program. This program is a database used by our contractors to inspect the quality of not only their work but other contractors work as well. Once they have completed the form they turn it in to the superintendent who also inspects every job that is performed by the contractors. Once he is done he turns it in to the office and it is logged in our database. This allows us to always insure top quality in our building process.
  • Quality Control Inspection program. This program is done once the home is completed. Our inspector goes in and checks the home thoroughly for any issues that might have been overlooked throughout the building process. Once completed, any issues found are sent to the superintendent for correction.
  • Home Orientation Program. When the home is completed our superintendent will set an appointment to orient you to your new home. This covers introducing you to all the critical areas of your home such as electrical panels, water cutoffs, appliances, gas cutoffs, warranty procedures, lawn care, and heating and air systems. In addition, you will have the opportunity to walk your home, point out any areas of concerns and ask questions.
  • Closing Book Program. We have had may compliments on our closing book program. No one wants to buy a new home and then for the next week try and find all the warranty and manuals for your new home. We have solved this by taking all the manuals and placing them neatly in a binder for you at closing.
  • A Customer Service Representative who is assigned to you during your Warranty period. Don’t worry about who to call if you have a warranty issue after closing. At your closing, we will give you the forms and the business card of the CSR to whom will be your contact for warranty.
